Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  2. 5 tbsp oil
  3. some vegetables as your taste
  4. 150gm boneless fish
  5. 1tbsp chilli sauce
  6. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  7. 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tsp black paper powder
  10. 2 onion
  11. 10 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. first we will prepare dough
  2. take a bowl add flour, salt , oil and water and make a smooth dough
  3. now take a pan and filled with water now add a bowl of fish and palace it and cover the jar with led
  4. after 10 min it will steam now put all the cubes in to a dry cloth and mashed it
  5. now take a pan add 2 tbsp oil onion , garlic , chilli, and all the veggies and add salt , black paper powder , soya sauce and fish
  6. add mix well and switch off the flame
  7. now take a small part of dough roll it and put one spoon of stuffing and make dumplings
  8. then steam for 10 min in med flame
  9. now take another pan add oil fry momos then take it on another plate now add onions and garlic sauté it then add all sauces and add momos
  10. your pan fried fish momos are ready
