ABOUT Blue kraut stir fry RECIPE

The red cabbage (purple-leaved varieties of brassica olerace is a kind of cabbage, also known as purple cabbage, red kraut, or blue kraut after preparation. Its leaves are coloured dark red/purple. Its very healthy and tasty, eat with rice or stuufed with chappathi rolls.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oil - 2 tsp
  2. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  3. Uraldhall - 1 spoon
  4. Finely chopped onion - 1
  5. Green Chillies - 2
  6. Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
  7. Red cabbage - half of the flower
  8. Salt - accordingly

Instructions

  1. BOIL RED CABBAGE IN WATER 10 TO 15 MINS
  2. DRAIN THE WATER IN COLANDER , KEEP SEPERATE
  3. REMOVE THE WATER PERFECTLY, LIKE THIS
  4. COLLECT ALL INGREDIENTS.,
  5. HEAT 2 TSP OIL IN A PAN, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, URALDHALL, LET IT SPLUTTER, ADD ONION SAUTE
  6. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES, SALT ACCORDINGLY SAUTE TILL IT TURNS GLOSSY
  7. ADD GROUNDED COCONUT 1/2 CUP STIR FRY FOR 5 MIN
  8. ADD RED CABBAGE STIR FRY FOR 5 MIN
  9. NOW THE BLUE KRAUT IS READY TO EAT WITH RICE R STUFFEDWITH CHAPPATHI ROLLS ,ANYTHING,
