Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Veg mock meat - half potoin of packet
  2. Oil - 5 spoon
  3. Fennel - 1/2 tsp
  4. Dry chilli - 2
  5. Finely chopped garlic - 6 nods
  6. onion - 1
  7. Tomato - 1
  8. Grinded coconut paste - 2 tsp
  9. Grinded Dry chilli paste - 3 tsp
  10. Salt - accordingly
  11. Cumin powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. COLLECT ALL INGREDIENTS,RINSE WELL MOCK MEAT WITH HOT WATER 2TIMES AND DRAIN THE WATER KEEP SEPARATE
  2. HEAT 3TSP OIL IN A PAN, FRIED THE VEG MOCK MEAT
  3. ADD 1TSP TURMERIC POWDER ,
  4. FRIED TILL IT TURNS GLOSSY , TAKE OUT
  5. AT THE SAME PAN ADD 2 TSP OIL, ADD FENNEL, ADD 2 DRY CHILLIES, FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC SAUTE
  6. ADD 1ONION, 1TOMATO, SAUTE
  7. ADD SALT ACCORDINGLY, SAUTE TILL IT TURNS GLOSSY
  8. ADD 2 TSP GRINDED COCONUT PASTE
  9. ADD 2TSP GRINDED DRY CHILLI PASTE SAUTE FOR 10 MIN
  10. NOW ADD MOCK MEAT, MIX WELL TOGETHER
  11. STIR FRY FOR 20 TO 30 MIN .
  12. FINALLY ADD 1 TSP CUMIN POWDER FOR CRUNCHINESS
  13. SAUTE FOR 5 MIN,
  14. Now the veg mock meat is ready to eat with chapati, naan,rice..... It s a Indonesian dish..,
