  2. cashew nuts few
  3. ghee 1 tsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE
  2. FRY CASHEWS
  3. ADD CARROT
  4. STIR FRY TILL TENDER
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  6. GARNISH WITH CURRY LEAVES
