  1. Chopped orange peel 1/2 cup
  2. Ghee 1 tsp
  3. Tamarind gooseberry sized
  4. Water
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli chutney 2 tsp
  7. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp
  8. Onion 1/2 cup
  9. Garlic cloves 6-7
  10. For seasoning...
  11. 1 tsp cooking oil
  12. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  13. Red chilli 1
  14. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE
  2. ADD CHOPPED ORANGE PEEL
  3. FRY
  4. IT'S DONE
  5. ADD TAMARIND SOAKED WATER
  6. JAGGERY
  7. SALT
  8. IN THE MEANTIME DO SEASONING, ADD GARLIC AND FRY
  9. ADD ONION AND FRY TILL TENDER
  10. ADD SEASONING AND RED CHUTNEY
  11. GRATED COCONUT
  12. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES, SERVE
