  1. Cooking oil 1/4 cup
  2. Moong dal 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Chilli powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT COOKING OIL
  2. ADD 1 HOUR SOAKED AND DRAINED MOONG DAL
  3. FRY TILL CRISPY
  4. IT IS DONE
  5. REMOVE ON KITCHEN PAPER TO ABSORB EXCESS OIL
  6. ADD IN TO SERVING PLATE
  7. SALT TO TASTE AND PEPPER POWDER
  8. RED CHILLI POWDER, MIX WELL
