Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Urad dal 1 cup
  2. Dosa rice 2 1/2 cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. water for batter 7-8 cup

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1 CUP URAD DAL & 2.5 CUPS RICE FOR 2 HOURS, DRAIN, PLACE IN A GRINDER
  2. ADD SALT, SUFFICIENT WATER, BLEND
  3. POUR THE BATTER INTO A VESSEL, LEAVE OVERNIGHT TO FERMENT
  4. MIX WELL THE NEXT MORNING
  5. SPREAD SOME BATTER ON A HOT TAVA
  6. COVER & COOK FOR 2 MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT
  7. REMOVE CAREFULLY FROM THE SIDES
