  1. Mutton chops -400 gm
  2. onion - 1
  3. Tomato - 1 (big size)
  4. Green chilli - 2
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 2tsp
  6. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp or more
  7. Salt - required quantity
  8. Cumin powder -1tsp
  9. Lemon extract - 1tsp
  10. Water
  11. To Grind :
  12. Coconut - 3pieces
  13. Cashews - 5 to 8

Instructions

  1. PUT MUTTON IN THE COOKER. ADD ONION, TOMATO, GREEN CHILLI, GG PASTE ,RED CHILLI POWDER,LEMON EXTRACT
  2. ADD CUMIN POWDER, SALT
  3. ADD REQUIRED AMOUNT OF WATER, PRESSURE COOK FOR 15-20 MINUTES
  4. NOW MUTTON GETS COOKED
  5. ADD 1TSP OF OIL IN KADAI,TRANSFER THE COOKED MUTTON INTO IT
  6. NOW ADD THE GINDED COCONUT CASHEW PASTE TO IT.
  7. FLIP IT FOR 7 TO 10 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME.POUR LITTLE AMOUNT OF OIL IN BETWEEN
  8. NOW THE MUTTON CHOPS IS READY
