  1. Batter
  2. Beetroot 1 small
  3. Cumin powder pinch
  4. Idly powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Suger 1tsp (optional)
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Oil required

Instructions

  1. CUT ONE SMALL BEETROOT, ADD CUMIN, SALT, IDLY POWDER AND GRIND IN.
  2. ADD THAT PASTE IN IDLY BATTER MIX WELL.
  3. ADD OIL IN SPECIAL PANIYARAM PAN .
  4. AFTER IT COOKS ONE SIDE TURN IT
  5. MAKE A HOLE WITH THE HELP OF FORK. TO COOK INSIDE
  6. BABY RED PANIYARAM
