  3. 1 Go cheese cube
  4. 1 cheese slice
  5. 1 cup spring onion greens chopped
  6. 1 boiled egg
  7. Squeeze of Veg Mayonnaise
  8. Squeeze of tomato ketchup
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2 tspn cummin corriander
  11. 1/2 redchilli powder
  12. Oil to drizzle

Instructions

  1. KEEP INGREDIENTS READY TO WORK
  2. THERE IS 4 TBLSPN MOONGDAL LEFTOVER ,ADD 1/2 TSPN SALT,RED CHILLIPOWDER,CUMMIN CORRIANDER
  3. NOW ADD 3TSPN MAIDA
  4. ADD SOME WATER TO MIX WELL
  5. MIX WELL TO BEAT UP IN A PASTE
  6. GRATE HALF A BEETROOT INTO THE DAL MIX
  7. MIX WELL
  8. ADD LITTLE WATER TO MAKE CHEELA,DOSA CONSISTENCY
  9. HEAT A NON STICK PAN DRIZZLE OIL
  10. MIX BATTER WELL AND POUR OUT THROUGH A DEEP SPOON IN THE PAN AS A CHEELA
  11. COVER COOK CHEELAS ON SLOW FOR 3-4 MINUTES,CHECKING IF DONE TO TURN
  12. TURN SIDE AND COOK FOR 3-4MINUTES
  13. TAKE OUT ON A PLATE,READY THINGS FOR ASSEMBLING & PLATING,1BOILED EGG,MAYO,TOMATO SAUCE1CHEESE SLICE
  14. CUT OUT CHEESE SLICE PIECES TO PLACE ON CHEELAS
  15. TAKE SOME GREENS OF SPRING ONIONS CHOPPED AND ADD ON THE CHEESE
  16. ALSO GRATE A CUBE OF CHEESE ON THESE
  17. FOLD THESE CHEELAS NOW WITH THE CHEESE FILLING
  18. SLICE OUT THE BOILED EGG WITH EGGSLICER FOR FINER SLICES
  19. ARRANGE THEZE FOLDED CHEELAS IN A TRAY ,PIPE OUT VEG MAYONNAISE FROM FUNFOODS
  20. ADD DROPS OF TOMATO SAUCE ON EGG SLICES TO GARNISH THESE CHEELA CREPES
