Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mixed vegetables - 500gms
  2. onion - 2
  3. ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  4. Tomatoe - 1
  5. capsicum - 1
  6. Pav bhaji masala - 1 tbsp
  7. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  8. salt to taste
  9. Lemon and coriander to garnish
  10. Pav - 5
  11. butter - 3 tbsp
  12. oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. ADD 2 TBSPS OIL TO A DEEP PAN. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE
  2. ADD 2 CHOPPED ONIONS AND SAUTE
  3. ADD 1 CHOPPED CAPSICUM AND 1 TOMATOE
  4. ADD 1 TBSP PAV BHAJI MASALA AND 1 TBSP CHILLI POWDER SALT TO TASTESAUTE, COVER AND COOK TILL MUSHY.
  5. UNCOVER ADD THE BOILED VEGETABLES
  6. MIX WITH A SPOON THEN MASH WITH A LADDLE
  7. ADD SOME STOCK TO ADJUST THE CONSISTENCY
  8. SIMMER FOR FEW MINUTES
  9. BHAJI READY
  10. BUTTER ROAST THE PAVS
  11. SPRINKLE SOME RED CHILLI POWDER
  12. ROAST IN AND OUT WITH BUTTER
