  3. Sun dried Black Night shade berry 1/4 cup
  4. 1 tbsp coriander Seeds
  5. 1 tsp black pepper
  6. 1 tsp jeera
  7. 1 tsp carrom seeds
  8. Thipili 3
  9. Dry ginger small piece
  10. curry leaves
  11. hing
  12. salt

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/4 CUP SUN DRIED TURKEY BERRY
  2. DRY ROAST TILL IT POPS AND CHANGES COLOUR
  3. ADD 1/4 CUP SUN DRIED BLACK NIGHT SHADE BERRY. DRY ROAST TILL IT POPS AND CHANGES COLOUR
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP SUN DRIED NEEM FLOWER. DRY ROAST TILL DARK BROWN
  5. DRY ROAST 1 TBSP CORIANDER SEED
  6. ADD 1 TSP PEPPER, JEERA AND CARROM SEEDS
  7. DRY ROAST THEM
  8. DRY ROAST SMALL GINGER PIECE AND THIPILI
  9. DRY ROAST CURRY LEAVES
  10. ADD 1/2 TSP HING AND REQUIRED SALT
  11. COOL THE INGREDIENTS COMPLETELY
  12. ADD THEM TO BLENDER AND MAKE A FINE POWDER
  13. COOL THE POWDER AND STORE IT IN GLASS CONTAINER
  14. TAKE 2 CUPS HOT RICE, ADD 1 TBSP GHEE
  15. MIX 2 TBSP ANGAYA PODI AND SERVE
