Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. ½ cup Rajma/Kidney Beans
  2. ¼ cup whole black Urad Dal
  3. 1 big sized Potato, boiled and mashed
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  6. 1 onion finely chopped
  7. 1 tsp Chilly powder
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. 1 tbsp. Corn Flour
  10. 2 tbsp. Coriander leaves,
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1/4 CUP URAD DAL AND 1/2 CUP RED KIDNEY BEANS
  2. WASH AND SOAK FOR 7-8 HOURS
  3. PRESSURE COOK FOR 15-20 MINUTES OR TILL SOFT
  4. DRAIN EXCESS WATER. SET ASIDE.
  5. HEAT 2 TSP OIL IN A PAN, ADD 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  6. WHEN IT SPLUTTERS ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION.
  7. 1 GREEN CHILLI & COOKED DAL
  8. 1 LARGE BOILED AND MASHED POTATO, 1 TSP CHILLY POWDER, 1 TSP GARAM MASALA
  9. 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE, SALT TO TASTE, 1 TBSP CORNFLOUR
  10. MIX AND MASH EVERYTHING
  11. ADD 2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES AND COOK TILL MOISTURE DISAPPEARS.
  12. WHEN THE MIXTURE COOLS DOWN, MAKE THE PATTIES
  13. COAT WITH THE BREAD CRUMBS
  14. SHALLOW FRY IN HOT OIL
  15. REMOVE ONTO A KITCHEN TISSUE.
  16. ADD 1 TBSP MAYONNAISE TO 1 TBSP CORIANDER MINT CHUTNEY, MIX WELL.
  17. SPREAD 1 TBSP CHUTNEY MAYONNAISE MIXTURE ON BURGER. TOP IT WITH LETTUCE ONION , TOMATO & CHEESE SLICE
  18. PLACE THE PATTY AND SPREAD 1 TBSP YUMMY, CREAMY FUN FOOD VEG MAYONNAISE
  19. TOP WITH THE OTHER TOASTED SIDE OF THE BUN AND INSERT A TOOTHPICK.
