  1. 4 burgers bun
  2. 2 Cup boiled and mash potato
  3. 1 cup boiled peas
  4. 1 cup boiled and mashed carrot
  5. One cup shock and crushed soybean wadi
  6. corn flakes for coating tikki
  7. 1 tsp garam masala
  8. salt to taste
  9. 2tsp chilly powder
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1tbsp chopped coriander
  12. tomato ketchup 2tsp
  13. 4-5 tsp mayonnaise
  14. 2tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. 2CUP BOILED AND MASHED POTATOES 1 CUP BOILED PEAS
  2. 1CUP SOAKED AND CRUSHED SOYBEAN
  3. 1CUP BOILED AND MASHED CARROTS 1 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER
  4. 2TSP CHILLY POWDER, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER,1TSP GARAM MASALA
  5. SALT , 3 TBSP BAJRA FLOUR , 3TBSP SOYBEAN FLOUR
  6. MIX
  7. MAKE TIKKI
  8. COAT THE TIKKI IN CORNFLAKES
  9. HEAT THE PAN AND GRILL THE TIKKI WITH 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL ON LAW FLAME
  10. FLIP AND COOK ON LAW FLAME
  11. TAKE FUN FOOD DR OETKAR MAYONNAISE
  12. TOMATO KETCHUP
  13. ARRANGE TIKKI
  14. ADD 1TSP MAYONNAISE AND LITTLE TOMATO KETCHUP
  15. TOMATO SLICE AND ONION SLICE
  16. SPRINKLE SHREDDED CABBAGE AND COVER WITH BURGER SLICE
  17. GARNISH WITH MAYONNAISE TOMATO KETCHUP AND SOME SALADS
