  1. 6 cup refined flour
  2. 2 cup wheat flour
  3. 4cup warm water
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1/4 cup yeast
  6. 1 tbsp salt
  7. 5 tbsp oil
  8. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  9. Milk 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 4 CUP WARM WATER
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR AND MIX
  3. ADD 1/4 CUP DRY YEAST
  4. MIX
  5. COVER WITH LID AND KEEP A SIDE FOR 10 MINUTES
  6. TAKE 2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR AND 6 CUP REFINED FLOUR
  7. ADD 1 TBSP SALT AND 5 TBSP OIL
  8. ADD YEAST WATER IN TO FLOUR
  9. MIX
  10. KNEAD THE DOUGH
  11. STRECH AND FOLD FOR 10 MINUTES
  12. GREASE WITH OIL
  13. AND FOLD IT
  14. DOUGH SHOULD BE SMOOTH IN TEXTURE AND BOUNCY
  15. COVER WITH LID AND KEEP IT IN WARM PLACE FOR 1 HOUR OR TILL IT DOUBLE IN SIZE
  16. PUNCH IT.
  17. ROLLING IT
  18. KEEP IT IN GREASED MOULD
  19. APPLY OIL SPRINKLE SESAME SEEDS
  20. KEEP IT IN WARM OTG
  21. AFTER 30 MINUTES ITS ALL MOST DOUBLE IN SIZE
  22. BAKE IT IN OTG FOR FOR 35 MINUTES AT 180'
  23. DEMOULD IT
  24. CUT IN SLICES
  25. SO YUMMY AND SOFT
