  1. Dried tuna - 2tbsp
  2. Onion - 3
  3. Tomato - 1 (big size)
  4. Red chilli powder - 2tsp
  5. Coconut - 3pieces (grated)
  6. Salt- to taste
  7. To temper:
  8. Mustar seeds - 1tsp
  9. Urad dhal - 1tsp
  10. Red chilli - 3
  11. Curry leaves - few

Instructions

  1. IN A WOK ADD 4TSP OF OIL AND A TSP OF MUSTARD SEEDS AND URAD DAL
  2. ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES AND 3 TO 4 RED CHILLIES
  3. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
  4. ADD REQUIRED SALT
  5. SAUTE IT WELL
  6. ADD TOMATOES AND 2 TSP OF CHILLI POWDER. SAUTE UNTIL TOMATOES GETS MASHED
  7. ADD GRATED COCONUT. SAUTE IT FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME
  8. FINALLY ADD 2TBSP OF DRIED TUNA,MIX IT . SWITCH OFF FLAME
  9. MAASI PODIMAS IS READY:relaxed:
