Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. All purpose flour. 1 cup
  2. Sugar. 1/2 tbs
  3. Red hot tomato sauce. 2 tbs
  4. Yogart 2 tbs
  5. Salt. 1/2 tsp
  6. Water as needed.
  7. Oil 1 tbs
  8. Filling:
  9. Oil. 1 tbs
  10. Shredded garlic. 1 tsp
  11. Chopped onion. 2 tbs
  12. Chicken cubes. 1/3 cup
  13. Coriander powder. 1 tsp
  14. Red chilli powder. 1/2 tbs
  15. All spice powder. 1/4 tsp
  16. Salt. 1/2 tsp
  17. Soya sauce. 1 tbs
  18. Shredded potato. 1/3 cup
  19. Capsicum. 1&1/2 tbs
  20. Green bean seeds boiled. 2 tbs
  21. Chopped Tomato2/3 cup

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP FLOUR, ADD 1/2 TBSP SUGAR
  2. ADD 1 TBSP OIL, 1/2 TSP SALT
  3. ADD 2 TBSP CURD, SOME WATER
  4. MIX & DIVIDE INTO 2 PORTIONS
  5. ADD 2 TBSP RED CHILLI SAUCE IN 1 PART
  6. KNEAD INTO A SOFT & SMOOTH DOUGH
  7. KNEAD WHITE DOUGH FROM THE OTHER PART
  8. KEEP ASIDE TO REST FOR 15 MINS
  9. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP MINCED GARLIC
  10. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED ONION, FRY TILL TRANSLUCENT
  11. ADD 1/4 CUP CHICKEN CUBES
  12. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER, 1/2 TBSP RED CHILLI, 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDERS
  13. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT, 1 TBSP SOYA SAUCE
  14. ADD 1/4 CUP SHREDDED POTATO, 1.5 TBSP CHOPPED CAPSICUM
  15. ADD 2 TBSP BOILED GREEN BEANS SEEDS, 1/4 CUP CHOPPED TOMATOES
  16. COVER & COOK ON LOW HEAT TILL DONE
  17. SHAPE THE DOUGH INTO CYLINDERS
  18. CUT IT UP
  19. SHAPE INTO BALLS
  20. ROLL INTO ROTIS
  21. CUT OUT CIRCLES
  22. JOIN THE CIRCLES USING WATER
  23. PLACE READY FILLING IN THE MIDDLE
  24. FOLD LIKE THIS
  25. TWIST & SHAPE INTO ROSES
  26. STEAM FOR 15- 20 MINS
  27. ARRANGE ON A SERVING PLATE
