Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. FOR THE STRAWBERRY
  2. 1/2 kg cut strawberries
  3. 3 tbsp brown sugar
  4. 2 tbsp flour
  5. FOR CRUMBLE
  6. 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  7. 1/ cup oats
  8. 3 tbsp cold butter
  9. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  10. 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. TAKE A BAKING DISH AND GREASE IT WITH BUTTER.I TOOK COLD BUTTER AND RUBBED IT IN
  2. CHOP 1/2 KG STRAWBERRIES AND PUT IN THE BOWL
  3. TAKE 3 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
  4. AND 2 TBSP FLOUR
  5. MIX
  6. ADD HALF LEMON JUICE TO THE STRAWBERRIES
  7. REMOVE SEEDS AND MIX
  8. ADD THE SUGAR AND FLOUR MIX
  9. MIX WITH A SPOON AND LET IT REST
  10. TAKE 1/3 CUP WHOLEWHEAT FLOUR
  11. ADD 1/3 CUP OATS
  12. 1/2 TSP BAKING PWDR AND 1 TSP CINNAMON PWDR
  13. ADD 3 TBSP BUTTER CUT INTO CUBES.RUB THE BUTTER
  14. THIS SHOULD BE THE CONSISTENCY
  15. ADD THIS CRUMBLE MIXTURE ON TOP OF THE STRAWBERRIES
  16. PUT SOME COLD BUTTER ON TOP
  17. BAKE IT IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 D FOR 25 TO 30 MINS
  18. OUR STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE IS READY
