Tasty recipe. If it is side dish of idly, dosa you eat more tat day. More then big onion small onion(Shallots) is more tasty. In old days we use roller stone for this chutney .more then our modern grinder roller stone grinding give yummy taste to this chutney. Seasom oil with shallot chutney healthy too. Try this mouth watering chutney and enjoy with dosa, idly.

  1. big Onion -1 / small onion - 20 nos
  2. Red chilli 8 nos
  3. Garlic 3 nos
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Musturd 1/4 tsp
  6. Oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. ADD ONION, GARLIC, RED CHILLI, AND SALT GRIND WELL
  2. MAKE IT LIKE A PASTE
  3. SEASONING WITH MUSTURD AND SEASAME OIL
