  1. Bitter Gourd - 4
  2. Red chilli 2 big
  3. Fennel powder - 1 tsp
  4. Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Oil required

Instructions

  1. TAKE SMALL SIZE BITTER GOURD
  2. CUT RED CHILLI AND BITTER GOURD INTO SMALL PIECES.
  3. FRY ONCE OR TWICE IN PAN
  4. ADD WATER TO COOK
  5. WHEN IT HALF COOKED ADD SALT
  6. FYR IN OIL UPTO IT COOKED.
  7. ADD CHILLI POWDER (OPTIONAL), FENNAL POWDER
  8. RED BITTER GOURD IS READY
