ABOUT Chocolate Balls RECIPE

This is easy to make and very impressive looking chocolates, made with popcorns and molten chocolate.

Ingredients Serving: 10

1 packet Act 2 popcorn
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp cranberries
Pinch of salt
140 gm Chocolate

Instructions

POP THE CORN AS INSTRUCTED ON THE PACKET.
POUR POPCORN INTO A LARGE BOWL, ADD 2 TBSP CRANBERRIES, 2 TBSP RAISINS & PINCH OF SALT
HEAT 140 GM OF MILK COMPOUND CHOCOLATE IN MICROWAVE AT 60° TEMPERATURE FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
POUR OVER THE POPCORN AND STIR TO COAT AS THOROUGHLY AS POSSIBLE.
SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS, WITH HANDS OR IN SILICON MOULD. PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR 5 MINUTES TO SET
TRANSFER THE CHOCOLATE BALLS IN PAPER CUPS
