Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Big Amla 7
  2. 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  3. Mustard
  4. Hing 1/2 tsp
  5. Methi powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. BOIL 7-8 AMLAS FOR 5-10 MINS
  2. DRAIN (RESERVE WATER TO MAKE JUICE), DESEED, LEAVE TO COOL
  3. HEAT 1 TBSP SESMAE OIL, ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA, A FEW CURRY LEAVES
  5. ADD THE COOLED AMLA, SAUTE
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP EACH OF FENUGREEK & TURMERIC POWDERS
  7. ADD SALT, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, MIX & COOK FOR 2 MINS, TAKE OFF HEAT
