My kids love macaroni and this is how i make it for them, a perfect snack or breakfast recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled macaroni - 1 cup
  2. Salt
  3. Water
  4. Onion [chopped] - 1
  5. Tomatoes [chopped] - 1
  6. Green Chillies [chopped] - 1
  7. oil
  8. Cheese [grated] - 4 tbsp
  9. Milk - 1/2 cup
  10. Garlic [crushed] - 1 tsp
  11. Red chillies [slit] - 2
  12. Flour - 1 tbsp


  1. Heat a pan with some oil and then add the crushed garlic followed by the chopped green chillies.
  2. Once they smell, add the slit red chillis, followed by the chopped onion. Saute until golden brown, followed by chopped tomatoes.
  3. Then add the salt and cook until the tomatoes are mushy, then add the flour. Stir quickly for few minutes and then add the milk.
  4. Let this boil and once it is thick enough, then add the boiled macaroni. Mix well and sprinkle generous amounts of grated cheese on top. Serve hot.
