It is very tasty and nutritious too as there are no synthetic colour added..china grass is very good for health as it cools down the body temperature..

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Agar agar-15g
  2. Sugar-100g
  3. Beetroot puree/juice-1(medium size)
  4. Milk-100ml
  5. Vanilla essence-1tsp
  6. Water-500ml

Instructions

  1. IN A PAN ADD WATER AND LET IT BOIL
  2. ADD THE CHINA GRASS/AGAR AGAR
  3. LET IT BOIL WELL TILL AGAR AGAR DISSOLVES IN WATER AND ADD BEETROOT JUICE/PUREE
  4. LET THE BEETROOT JUICE BOIL WELL FOR 5MINS SO THAT THE RAW SMELL OF THE VEGETABLE GOES OFF
  5. NOW ADD THE MILK
  6. WHEN IT STARTS BOILING ADD SUGAR
  7. ADD VANILLA ESSENCE
  8. POUR OVER MOULD..WHEN IT COOLS DOWN KEEP IN REFRIGERATOR AND LET IT SET FOR 15-20 MINS
  9. AFTER IT HAS SET CUT IN TO DESIRED SHAPES AND SERVE
