  1. Sagu pearl. 1/2 cup
  2. Double cream milk. 1-1/2 cup
  3. Pandan leaves. 2
  4. Salt. 1/4 tsp
  5. Sugar. 1/2 cup
  6. Orange juice. 3 tbs
  7. Fresh Coconut 3 tbs
  8. Raisin,nuts. 2 tbs
  9. Gelatin. 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. TRANSFER 1/2 CUP SAGO PEARL IN A BOWL.
  2. SOAK IN WATER.
  3. WASH,RINSE AND ALLOW IT TO REST FOR 8 MINUTES.
  4. SAGU PEARLS WOULDN'T BE STICKY.
  5. TRANSFER 1&1/2 CUP DOUBLE CREAM MILK IN A PN.
  6. ADD 2 PANDAN LEAVES STRIPS.
  7. ADD 1/4 TSP SALT.
  8. ADD SAGU PEARLS.
  9. WHEN SAGU PEARLS BECOMES HALF BOILED ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR.
  10. ADD 3 TBS ORANGE JUICE.
  11. ADD 3 TBS COCONUT.
  12. ADD RAISINS & NUTS.
  13. STIR WELL.
  14. PROCESS GELATIN AS INSTRUCTED.
  15. CHILL IT & CUT IN TO PIECES.
  16. MAKE GELATIN LAYERS ON BOTTOM OF SERVING GLASS.
  17. ADD MORE.
  18. SPREAD ORANGE BUKO PANDAN OVER GELATIN LAYER.
  19. SPRINKLE SOME GELATIN AT TOP LAYER.
  20. ORANGE BUKO PANDAN...
  21. ENJOY....
  22. THE DELICACY OF ORANGE BUKO PANDAN.
