Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton-1/2 kg
  2. oil -2-3 tbsp
  3. onion big chopped-1
  4. tomato small chopped -1
  5. Green chilli -1
  6. Chopped coriander leaves-2 tbsp
  7. pepper powder-3 tsp
  8. cumin powder-1.1/2 tsp
  9. turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  10. chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  11. Garam masala-1/4 tsp
  12. Curd-2 tsp
  13. salt -to taste
  14. curd - 2 tsp
  15. curry leaves-few
  16. salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A PRESSURE COOKER ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE,SAUTE WELL.
  2. ADD CHOPPED ONION,TOMATO,GREEN CHILLI AND CORIANDER LEAVES.
  3. ADD SALT,MIX WELL.
  4. COOK TILL SOFT.
  5. ADD ALL MASALAS.MIX WELL.
  6. ALLOW IT TO COOK FOR A MINUTE IN LOW FLAME.
  7. ADD 2 TSP CURD AND MIX IT.
  8. SIMMER THE STOVE.
  9. ADD CLEANED,WASHED,DRAINED MUTTON PIECES.
  10. MIX IT.
  11. ADD 1 CUP OF WATER.
  12. ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES.
  13. PRESSURE COOK FOR 10 MINUTES IN A MEDIUM LOW FLAME TILL MUTTON COOK SOFT.
  14. AFTER PRESSURE RELEASE OPEN IT.
  15. SWITCH ON FLAME AGAIN.
  16. JUST TO GET THICK GRAVY.
