Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Minced chicken- 1 cup
  2. Rice - 1/2/cup
  3. Egg - 1 nos
  4. Onion - 1 nos
  5. Chillies - 1/2 tbsp chopped
  6. Whole garam masala
  7. Kesar
  8. Pepper - 1tsp
  9. Salt
  10. Garlic-1 tsp chopped
  11. Ginger - 1 tsp chopped

Instructions

  1. MINCED CHICKEN, BUTTER,ONION, GINGER,GARLIC,PEPPER, KESAR,SALT,EGG,RICE,CHILLIES
  2. TAKE A MIXING BOWL AND PUT INGREDIENTS ONE BY ONE
  3. ADD BUTTER AND MIX PROPERLY
  4. DIVIDED MIXTURE AND MAKE SMALL BALLS
  5. BOIL THE RICE WITH KESAR AND SALT . NOT FULL BOIL.
  6. COAT THE CHICKEN BALL WITH 50% BOIL RICE
  7. SET THE RICE COATED CHICKEN BALLS IN A STEAMER.
  8. STEAM THE BALLS FOR 10 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT. SERVE WITH STEW .
