  1. Flax seeds 1/4 cup
  2. Ripe papaya chopped 1/2 cup
  3. jaggery 2 gooseberry sized
  4. cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Milk 2 cup
  6. anjeer 1
  7. badam 2

Instructions

  1. 1 HOUR SOAKED FLAX SEEDS1/4 CUP, BADAM 2, ANJEER 1
  2. PEELED AND CHOPPED RIPEN PAPAYA 1/2 CUP
  3. COMBINE JAGGERY 2 GOOSEBERRY SIZED AND COLD MILK 2 CUP
  4. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH
  5. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER 1/4 TSP, POUR THE SMOOTHIE INTO A SERVING GLASS
