Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Jigarthanda Icecream
  2. 1 ltr milk
  3. Saffron
  4. 1/2 cup condensed milk
  5. For Flavoured Milk
  6. 1 Glass boiled and milk
  7. Nannari Syrup 5 tbsp
  8. For Jigarthanda
  9. Badam Pisin 3 pieces
  10. For Garnish
  11. Gulkhand
  12. Badam and Pista Chopped

Instructions

  1. BOIL 1 LITRE MILK. ADD PINCH OF SAFFRON
  2. REDUCE TO HALF AND ADD 1/2 CUP CONDENSED MILK
  3. STIR WELL AND BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES
  4. REFRIGERATE THE MIXTURE
  5. RINSE AND SOAK BADAM PISIN OVERNIGHT
  6. IT WOULD INCREASE IN VOLUME. CLEAN IF THERE IS ANY IMPURITY
  7. ADD 3-5 TBSP OF NANNARI SYRUP TO CHILLED MILK
  8. TIME TO MIX THE INGREDIENTS
  9. ADD 2 HEAP TBSP BADAM PISIN
  10. ADD FLAVOURED MILK
  11. ADD JIGARTHANDA ICE CREAM
  12. GARNISH WITH DRY FRUITS AND GULKHAND (OPTIONAL)
