Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Skin of potatoes, carrots, ginger1 cup washed
  2. Stem of brocoli, and cauliflower 1/2 cup washed
  3. Water 3 cup

Instructions

  1. TAKE PEELS AND LEFTOVERS OF RAW VEGGIES WASH IT PROPERLY.. ADD 3 CUPS OF WATER.
  2. PUT THIS INTO MICROWAVE FOR12 MINUTE IN MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL.
  3. AFTER 12 MINUTES REMOVE THE BOWL FROM MICROWAVE.
  4. LET IT COOL FOR SOMETIME.
  5. NOW STRAIN THE STOCK FROM COOKED VEGGIE PEELS.
  6. YOUR VEGETABLES STOCK FROM LEFTOVERS IS READY. USE IT IN SOUP, PULAO OR FOR CURRIES AND DOUGH MAKING.
