ABOUT Chicken curry RECIPE

Here i used only chilli powder and less water for chicken. Both give more taste to chicken.

  1. Chicken 1/2 kg (marinated)
  2. Clove 2
  3. Cardamon 1
  4. Cinnamom stick 1
  5. Water required
  6. Oil required
  7. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. ADD IN OIL CLOVE, CARDAMON AND CINNAMON STICK.
  2. THEN ADD ONION, SALG AND TOMATO
  3. AFTER IT FRY ADD MARINATED CHICKEN WITH SALT, CHILLI POWDER,
  4. THEN ADD WATER
  5. AFYER CHICKEN COOKED ADD COCONUT
