  1. Whole wheat 1/2 cup
  2. Urad dal 1/2 cup
  3. Methi seeds 2 tsp
  4. Bajra 1/2 cup
  5. Foxtail millet 1/2 cup
  6. Toor dal 1/4 cup
  7. Yellow moong dal 1/4 cup
  8. Channa dal 1/4 cup
  9. Barely powder 1/4 cup
  10. Ragi flour 2 tsp
  11. Jaggery 1 lemon sized
  12. Red chilli 1
  13. Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  14. Tamarind 1/2 gooseberry sized
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  17. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  18. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  19. Dry coconut chopped 1/2 cup
  20. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  21. Water
  22. Cooking oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. WHOLE WHEAT, URAD DAL
  2. METHI SEEDS, BAJRA
  3. FOXTAIL MILLET, TOOR DAL
  4. YELLOW MOONG DAL, CHANNA DAL
  5. CLEANED, 4 HOURS SOAKED, ADD IN MIXIE JAR
  6. BARLEY POWDER, RAGI FLOUR
  7. JAGGERY, RED CHILLI, TAMARIND, CORIANDER SEEDS
  8. PEPPER POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, CUMIN SEEDS, SALT
  9. CHOPPED DRY COCONUT, ONION
  10. ADD WATER AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  11. TRANSFER THE BATTER TO A VESSEL
  12. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER, MIX, THE BATTER SHOULD NOT BE SO MUCH WATERY
  13. GREASE OIL TO TAWA
  14. CHECK THE HOTNESS, POUR AND SPREAD LADLEFUL OF BATTER, CLOSE AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME FOR 2 MINUTES
  15. OPEN THE LID, DRIZZLE SOME OIL
  16. FLIP AND COOK FOR 2 MORE MINUTES
  17. REMOVE AND SERVE
