Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice flour 2 cup
  2. Water 4 cup
  3. Cooking oil 1/2 cup
  4. Carrot grated 1/2 cup
  5. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Green chilli chopped 2
  7. Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. BOIL THE WATER, ADD RICE FLOUR AND SALT TO TASTE
  2. MIX WELL AND MAKE SMOOTH DOUGH
  3. KNEAD THE DOUGH WELL AFTER COOL
  4. MIX THE SALAD OF CARROT, ONION, GREEN CHILLI, CORIANDER LEAVES MIX
  5. MAKE THE CRICKET BALL SIZED BALLS AND PAT IT ON OIL APPLIED PAPER
  6. PLACE IT ON HOT TAWA, ALLOW IT TO COOK ON LOW FLAME
  7. APPLY SOME OIL
  8. FLIP OVER IT, COOK FOR ANOTHER 1 - 2 MINUTES
  9. REMOVE AND SERVE
