  1. Sabudan 1 cup
  2. honey 1/2 cup
  3. Rock candy 1/2 cup
  4. salt a pinch
  5. water
  6. Grated coconut 1 1/2 cup
  7. Hot milk 4 tsp
  8. saffron threads 6-7
  9. raisins few
  10. cashews few
  11. ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE
  2. ADD SABUDAN, FRY FOR 3 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  3. ADD IN BOILING WATER
  4. COOK SMOOTH IN LOW FLAME
  5. GRIND COCONUT COARSELY BY ADDING WATER
  6. STRAIN THE THICK MILK
  7. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER AND TAKE WATERY MILK
  8. CHECK THE COOKNESS, ADD WATERY COCONUT MILK 1 CUP
  9. ADD ROCK SUGAR AND HONEY, A PINCH OF SALT
  10. LET IT DISSOLVES
  11. ADD THICK COCONUT MILK
  12. ADD SAFFRON DISSOLVED MILK
  13. RAISINS
  14. FRY CASHEWS AND ADD, SERVE
