Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. ACTII popcorn 4 cups popped
  2. Geam flour 1 cup
  3. water 2-3 cups
  4. 1 onions chopped
  5. Fresh corriander leaves 1/4 cup
  6. Green Chillies 2 finely chopped
  7. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  8. turmeric 1/2 tsp
  9. amchur powder 1 tsp
  10. salt 3/4 tsp or as per taste
  11. Oil/Ghee as required

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. CUT THE POPCORN PACKET, PLACE IT IN MICROVAWE
  3. POP AS PER INSTRUCTIONS ON PACKET FOR 3 MINUTES
  4. REMOVE THE HOT POPCORN
  5. TRANSFER POPCORN TO PLATE
  6. COARSELY CRUSH POPCORN, KEEP ASIDE
  7. ADD 1 CUP BESAN WITH 2-3 CUPS WATER. MIX TO FORM SMOOTH SEMI THICK FLOWING BATTER
  8. ADD SALT, 1/4 TSP RED CHILLIES POWDER, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC, 1/4 CUP CORRIANDER LEAVES, GREEN CHILLIES
  9. ADD CRUSHED POPCORN TO BATTER
  10. ADD CHOPPED ONION AND AMCHUR POWDER. MIX EVERYTHING WELL
  11. HEAT NON-STICK PAN, GREASE WITH SOME OIL
  12. SPREAD LADDLE FULL OF READY BATTER
  13. GRILL BOTH SIDES ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISP
  14. SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP OR GREEN CHUTNEY
