Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup paneer (cut in small cubes)
  2. 1 large red onion finely chopped
  3. 1 large tomato finely chopped
  4. 1 carrot grated
  5. 1/2 inch fresh ginger grated/sliced
  6. 1 green chilli finely sliced (you can use more if you like it spicy)
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Fresh ground black pepper as per taste
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 4 hot dog rolls
  11. 1 tbsp green Chutney to spread on the base of each hotdog (you can use mayo or hummus)
  12. 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. FRY 1 CHOPPED ONION IN 2 TBSP OIL
  2. ADD 1/2 INCH SLICED GINGER, 1 SLICED GREEN CHILLI
  3. ADD 1 CHOPPED TOMATO, SAUTE TILL SOFT
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE, PEPPER POWDER TO TASTE
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  6. ADD 1 CUP CUBED PANEER, MIX GENTLY, TAKE OFF HEAT
  7. TAKE A HOT DOG BUN & SLIT IN BETWEEN
  8. MAKE SURE NOT TO CUT THROUGH THE EDGES
  9. SPREAD 1 TBSP GREEN CHUTNEY
  10. LAYER WITH 1 TBSP GRATED CARROTS
  11. LAYER WITH THE PANEER BHURJI
  12. CLOSE, SPREAD 1 TSP BUTTER ON TOP
  13. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 200 DEGREES FOR 5 MINS
  14. SLICE THE HOT DOGS
  15. THEY ARE READY TO EAT
