Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. paneer 300 gms
  2. Green capcicum chopped 1 cup
  3. Corn flour 4 tbsp
  4. tomato sauce 1/4 cup
  5. olive oil 1/4 cup
  6. vinegar 1 tbsp
  7. 1 cup chopped green onion
  8. chilli sauce 1 t tbsp
  9. Green chillies 1 tsp
  10. ginger paste 1 tsp
  11. salt to taste
  12. Black pepper power 1/4 tsp
  13. chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  14. 10 taco shells
  15. 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. CUT 300 GMS PANEER INTO SQUARE PIECES.
  2. TAKE 2 TBSP OF THE CORNFLOUR IN A PLATE.
  3. POUR 2 TBSP OIL IN A NON-STICK PAN AND SPREAD EVENLY.
  4. WRAP THE PANEER PIECES IN CORNFLOUR.
  5. AFTER OIL IS HEATED, PUT THE PANEER PIECES IN IT TO COOK & FRY.
  6. TURN THEM OVER CONSTANTLY TILL BOTH SIDES TURN LIGHT BROWN.
  7. TAKE OUT THE FRIED PANEER PIECES.
  8. HEAT 1/3 CUP OLIVE OIL IN A PAN & PUT 1 TSP CHOPPED GARLIC & 1 TSP GREEN CHILLI.
  9. ADD 1 TSP GINGER PASTE & 1 CUP SPRING ONION CHOPPED FRY FOR 1 MINUTES.
  10. ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED CAPCICUM & SAUTE
  11. NOW ADD PANEER PIECES.
  12. ADD 1/4 CUP TOMATO SAUCE.
  13. 1 TBSP EACH SOYA SAUCE, CHILLI SAUCE & VINEGAR.
  14. 1/4 TSP EACH CHILLI FLAKES & BLACK PEPPER POWDER.
  15. ADD SALT TO TASTE & MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS ON A LOW FLAME.
  16. DISSOLVE THE 2 TBSP CORN FLOUR IN 1/4 CUP WATER TILL ALL LUMPS DISAPPEAR.
  17. MIX IT IN THE CHILLI PANEER.
  18. COOK THE CHILLI PANEER FOR 1 MINUTES AS YOU STIR REGULARLY.
  19. DELICIOUS HOT CHILLI PANEER IS READY.
  20. ADD THE CHILLI PANEER FILLING INTO TACO SHELLS.
  21. LIKE THIS READY ALL TACOS.
  22. DRIZZLE SOME SALSA ON TOP.
  23. ADD GRATED CHEESE OVER EACH TACO SHELL.
  24. PLACE IN A PAN ON LOW FLAME FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTILL THE CHEESE MELT ON TOP.
  25. NOW CHEESE MELT ON TOP.
  26. SERVE HOT.
  27. YUMMY!!
