Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled eggs -3
  2. Sesame oil-1 tbsp
  3. Turmeric,chilli,cumin,fennel-each1/4 tsp
  4. pepper powder-1 tsp
  5. salt - to taste
  6. Chopped coriander,curry leaves - few.

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS:-BOILED EGG -3,SESAME OIL-1 TBSP, MASALA POWDERS,CORIANDER,CURRY LEAVES
  2. HEAT OIL ,ADD TURMERIC,CHILLI,FENNEL,CUMIN POWDER EACH 1/4 TSP,PEPPER-1 TSP,SALT TO TASTE
  3. MIX AND ADD THE LINED BOILED EGGS.
  4. ROAST FOR A MINUTE, ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER AND CURRY LEAVES.
  5. NOW EGG PEPPER ROAST READY!
