Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tamarind juice - 2 cups( small lemon size soaked and extract)
  2. To coarsely grind;-
  3. Pepper -1 tsp
  4. Cumin seed-1/2 tsp
  5. Mustard-2 pinch
  6. Garlic cloves -5
  7. Green Chilli -1
  8. Few Curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  9. Oil - 1 tbsp
  10. Mustard -1/2 tsp
  11. Fenugreek -1/4 tsp
  12. Broken red chilli -1
  13. Chopped shallots -4
  14. ( adding one tomato is optional)
  15. Salt - To taste.

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS: KEEP READY.
  2. GRIND 1 TSP PEPPER, 1/2 TSP CUMIN, 2 PINCH MUSTARD.
  3. ADD 1 GREEN CHILLI,5 GARLIC CLOVES,,FEW CORIANDER & CURRY LEAVES.
  4. COARSELY GRIND IT.
  5. HEAT OIL, ADD 1/2 TSP MUSTARD,1/4 TSP FENUGREEK,1 BROKEN CHILLI.
  6. ADD CURRY LEAVES,COARSELY GROUND PASTE AND ,2 TSP CHOPPED ONION .
  7. SAUTE IT.
  8. ADD 2 CUPS TAMARIND JUICE.
  9. ADD SALT TO TASTE.
  10. ALLOW IT TO BOIL.ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.
  11. KEEP IN LOW HEAT, WHEN STARTS BOILING SWITCH OFF.
