  3. ADD CHEESE
  4. STIR VIGOROUSLY SO THAT NO LUMPS FORM
  5. IT SHOULD LOOK FULL PLAIN
  6. AS IT COOLS CHEESE SPREAD IS READY TO SERVE
  8. STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN FRIDGE
