ABOUT Quick Masala puffed rice RECIPE

This is my grand mother's recipe and is a perfect snack for all times.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Cups puffed rice
  2. 2 teaspoon of vegetable Oil
  3. 1/4 teaspoon of musted seeds
  4. 4 crushed garlic
  5. 3 dry red chilly
  6. Few curry leaves
  7. 1/4 cup rosted gram
  8. 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoon of Chilly powder
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. HEAT A PAN AND ADD OIL AND MUSTED SEEDS
  2. ADD 3 DRY RED CHILLY
  3. ADD CRUSHED GARLIC WITH SKIN
  4. ADD ROSTED 1/4 CUP OF GRAM
  5. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON OF TURMERIC POWDER AND ADD 1/2 TEASPOON OF RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND ADD 2 CUPS OF PUFFED RICE
  8. MIX WELL AND TURN OFF THE FLAME
