  5. Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cup

  7. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  8. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  9. Urad dal 1 tsp
  10. Curry leaves few
  11. Red chilli 1

Instructions

  1. SEASONING
  2. FRY CURRY LEAVES
  3. AFTER COOL ADD CHOPPED ONION
  4. SOAKED BENGAL GRAM
  5. CHOPPED CUCUMBER
  6. SALT TO TASTE
  7. GRATED COCONUT
  8. CORIANDER LEAVES, MIX WELL AND SERVE
