  1. Ripe green bananas (pachhe bale) 4
  2. Jaggery 1 cup
  3. Grated coconut 2 cup
  4. Water 6 cup
  5. Ghee 2 tsp
  6. Chopped dry coconut pieces 1/2 cup
  7. Cashews 1/4 cup
  8. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt a pinch
  10. Raisins few

Instructions

  1. PEEL AND CHOP RIPEN GREEN BANANAS, ADD IN MIXIE JAR
  2. BLEND SMOOTHLY
  3. HEAT GHEE
  4. FRY CHOPPED DRY COCONUT PIECES TILL GOOD AROMA
  5. ADD CASHEWS AND FRY
  6. REMOVE AND KEEP ASIDE
  7. TO THE SAME PAN POUR BANANA PUREE
  8. FRY TILL GOOD AROMA WITHOUT ADDING WATER
  9. GRIND COCONUT BY ADDING WATER
  10. STRAIN THE THICK COCONUT MILK
  11. AGAIN ADD WATER AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  12. STRAIN IT
  13. ADD SOME WATER AND BOIL THE COCONUT MILK
  14. IT IS FULLY TRANSULANT, ADD JAGGERY TO COCONUT MILK, ALLOW TO DISSOLVE COMPLETELY
  15. ADD THE BANANA PASTE TO BOILING MILK
  16. STIR CONTINUOUSLY
  17. WHEN IT STARTS THICKENING ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND SALT A PINCH
  18. ADD THE THICK COCONUT MILK
  19. BRING IT BOIL ONCE, ADD RAISINS, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND GARNISH WITH FRIED COCONUT AND CASHEWS
