Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chopped onion 1 cup
  2. Peeled garlic cloves 3-4
  3. Red chilli 1
  4. Tamarind 1/2 gooseberry sized
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Water 1/2 cup
  7. Chopped or grated coconut 1 cup
  8. Turmeric root 1 cm or turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS, ADD ONION, RED CHILLI INTO MIXIE JAR
  2. GARLIC CLOVES, TURMERIC ROOT, TAMARIND, CHOPPED COCONUT
  3. ADD SALT, SUFFICIENT WATER
  4. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  5. TRANSFER INTO A SERVING BOWL, ADD SOME WATER, MIX AND SERVE
