Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. water 150-200 ml
  2. anjeer [dried figs] 3
  3. dates 3
  4. raisins 8-10
  5. cashews 5-6
  6. badam 3-4
  7. sugar 2 tsp
  8. Ice-cubes 2 -3

Instructions

  1. IN WARM WATER, 1/2 AN HOUR SOAKED DATES, CASHEWS, ANJEER, BADAM AND RAISINS
  2. SUGAR, ICE-CUBES, SUFFICIENT WATER
  3. BLEND SMOOTHLY
  4. TRANSFER INTO A SERVING GLASS, SERVE IN CHILL
