This is a jharkhand delicacy which my grandma used to.prepare on every important occassion be it festival.or any familiy get together

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For dhuska
  2. 2 cup rice soaked overnight
  3. 1 cup chana dal soaked overnight
  4. 1/2 cup urad dal.soaked overnight
  5. 2 4tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 tsp roasted cumin and coriander coarsely grounded
  8. 3-4 green chillies finely chopped
  9. 1 cup green peas
  10. Oil to fry
  11. For khus khus and.peanut chutney
  12. 2 tbsp peanuts
  13. 2 tbsp khus khus
  14. 3 dried red chilli
  15. 1 tbsp.chopped garlic
  16. 1 tsp dry mango.powder
  17. Salt to taste
  18. 1 tbsp.mustard oil.
  19. 3-4 green chillies finely chopped
  20. Onion slices and grreen chilli for garnishing
  21. Onion

Instructions

  1. GRIND BOTH DAL AND RICE IN A BLENDER AND MAKE IT IN BATTER CONSISTENCY . IN THE PREPARED BATTER ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND SALT
  2. THEN ADD PEAS, CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND ROAS TED N CRUSHED CORIANDER AND CUMIN
  3. HEAT OIL IN A PAN .
  4. POUR BATTER IN PAN WITH LADDLE AND SPREAD
  5. FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT FROM.BOTH SIDES
  6. FOR KHUS KHUS AND PEANUT CHUTNEY DRY ROAST RED CHILLI ,PEANUT,KHUS KHUS AND GARLIC
  7. ROAST ON MEDIUM HEAT
  8. EMPTY THIS IN A BLENDER
  9. ADD DRY MANGO POWDER, SALT , MUSTARD OIL AND LITTLE WATER
  10. GRIND ALL THESE IN PASTE CHUTNEY IS READY
