Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 kg katla Fish
  2. 1/2 cup onion shallots
  3. 5 garlics
  4. 1 Teaspoon of cumin seeds
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of pepper cornels
  6. Few Fenugreek seeds
  7. Few curry leaves
  8. 3 midum size tomatoes
  9. 2 teaspoon of RED CHILLI POWDER
  10. 2 teaspoon of coriander powder
  11. 1/2 cup Fresh coconut pieces
  12. Few coriander leavs
  13. 4 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  14. 1)2 cup tamarind water

Instructions

  1. TAKE A MIXER JAR AND ADD ONION 1/4 CUP OF SHALLOTS, 3 MIDUM TOMATOES
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP OF FRESH COCONUT PIECES
  3. ADD 2 TEASPOON OF RED CHILLI POWDER, 2 TEASPOON OF CORIANDER POWDER
  4. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON OF CUMIN SEEDS
  5. GRIND WELL AND KEEP ASIDE
  6. HEAT A PAN AND ADD OIL
  7. ADD FEW FENUGREEK SEEDS
  8. ADD 1/4 TEASPOON OF CUMIN SEEDS
  9. ADD 1/4 TEASPOON OF PEPPER CORNELS
  10. ADD 2 TEASPOON OF ONION SHALLOTS AND ADD 1 TEASPOON OF GARLIC SAUTE WELL
  11. ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES
  12. ADD MASALA MIXTURE
  13. SAUTE WELL AND ADD 1/2 CUP OF TAMARIND WATER
  14. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND MIX WELL
  15. ADD 1CUP OF WATER AND COOK FOR 15 MINUTES
  16. WASHED THE FISHES
  17. AFTER 15 MINUTES ADD THE FISHES
  18. COOK FOR 5 MINUTES ONLY
  19. AFTER COOK SPRINKLE SOME CORIANDER LEAVS AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  20. FISH CURRY IS READY TO SERVE
