ABOUT Mini Swiss roll RECIPE

Quick and easy. Pack it for kids tiffin or prepare for parties. No jello pan required here. I have used a 8 * 4 1/4 inches baking tray. So make it in a jiffy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida - 2 tbsps
  2. Eggs - 2
  3. Sugar powder - 3 tbsp
  4. Butter - 2 tbsp
  5. Vanila essence - 1/2 tsp
  6. Coco powder - 1 tsp
  7. Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
  8. Dark chocolate - 30 gms

Instructions

  1. BEAT 2 EGG WHITES TILL FLUFFY AND HAS STIFF PEAKS
  2. BEAT THE 2 EGG YOLKS
  3. ADD 3 TBSP SUGAR POWDER
  4. ADD 2 TBSP MELTED BUTTER AND WHISK. 1/2 TSP VANILA ESSENCE
  5. SEIVE 2 TBSPS FLOUR WITH 1/4 TSP BAKING POWDER
  6. ADD TO THE EGG YOLKS AND WHIP LITTLE TILL MIXED
  7. ADD THE EGG WHITE AND GENTLY COMBINE TILL MIXED
  8. TAKE A BOWL, ADD A TSP OF COCO POWDER
  9. ADD 3 TSPS OF CAKE MIXTURE
  10. MIX WELL
  11. POUR INTO A SMALL ZIP LOCK BAG. SEAL IT
  12. PREPARE A BAKING TRAY. LINED WIT PARCHMENT PAPER. MAKE HEART SHAPE OR ANY DESIGN WITH THE PIPING BAG
  13. KEEP IT IN THE FREEZER FOR 5 MINUTES
  14. POUR THE REMAINING BATTER OVER IT
  15. SPREAD WELL. PREHEAT OVEN AT 180°AND BAKE AT 150° FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES CHECKING IN THE 1 OR 2 MINUTES
  16. PERFECTLY DONE
  17. INVERT OVER ANOTHER PEICE OF PARCHMENT DRIZZLED WITH LIGHT SUGAR POWDER AND PEEL
  18. INVERT AGAIN. WHIP 1/2 CUP HEAVY CREAM WITH 30 GMS MELTED DARK CHOCOLATE.
  19. SPREAD OVER THE CAKE SHEET
  20. SPREAD WELL
  21. ROLL FROM ONE END
  22. FILL THE SIDES WITH CREAM AND EVEN IT
