Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chilled curd 1/2 Cup
  2. Milk 1/4 cup
  3. water 1/3 cup
  4. Crushed Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  5. salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
  6. Black salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
  7. lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  8. Fresh coriander leaves 1/3 cup
  9. mint leaves 15-20
  10. Green chilli 1-2

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/3 CUP FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES,15-20 MINT LEAVES IN A BLENDER
  2. ADD 1-2 GREEN CHILLI,1/2 TSP SALT,1/2 TSP BLACK SALT,1/2 TSP LEMON JUICE
  3. ADD 1/2 CUP CHILLED CURD,1/4 CUP CHILLED MILK
  4. ADD 1 TSP CRUSHED ROASTED CUMIN,1/3 CUP WATER & BLEND FROTHY
  5. STRAIN & SERVE
