  1. Milk 3 cups
  2. Condensed milk 8-10 tbs
  3. Almond slivered 3 tbs
  4. Crushed Cardamom 1 tsp
  5. Rice paste 1/2 cup
  6. Saffron Strands 8-10

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1/2 CUP SOAKED RICE,2 TBS WATER INTO A BLENDER & BLEND A SMOOTH PASTE
  2. RICE PASTE IS READY
  3. ADD 3 CUP MILK IN A VESSEL,HEAT THE MILK FOR 4-5 MINUTES ON MEDIUM FLAME
  4. ADD RICE PASTE
  5. STIR CONTINUE FOR 2-3 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT
  6. ADD 8-10 TBS CONDENSED MILK OR TO TASTE
  7. MIX WELL
  8. ADD 3 TBS ALMONDS SLIVERED
  9. ADD 1 TSP CRUSHED CARDAMOM
  10. ADD 8-10 SAFFRON STRANDS AND COOK FOR 1-2 MINUTES
  11. TAKE OFF THE HEAT & LET IT COOL COMPLETELY
